Hotel Dekat Carnegie Hall - Judy & Arthur Zankel Hall

"The Hotel was absolutely fabulous & certainly lived up to expectations , We had a suite on the 14th floor . The Housekeeping was brilliant & the suite was extremely comfortable . The staff could not have been more professional , helpful & informative . I cannot name them all but Barbara on Reception . Sergio & Zak in the Lex Bar & as we were celebrating a birthday we booked a table in the upstairs area of the Lex Bar & had the most beautiful meal . Nicely cooked & well presented & our server...

"No temp control in room. Not the usual amenities of a higher priced hotel. Room had no window to look out of. Depressing and they told me we had been upgraded Over 500.00 a night. Not appropriate pricing Location is excellent but still…"

"Always amazing, the staff is the best, location great and the rooms are perfect"

"All goood"

"The rooms are clean and nice and the staff is helpful. It’s nice to have a bar at the rooftop."

"Hotel was clean, staff friendly. We stayed 7 nights. Unfortunately construction was going on right outside my window . Had I known this I would have not picked this hotel. I feel like they should have made this aware for the price I paid to stay. I did request to change rooms they moved me to a higher floor in another room that was located right by some sort of maintenance room that had loud noises all night long probably even worse than the construction. Basically I didn't sleep for seven...

"We had a queen bed with terrace, the room was nice but small...had to crabwalk at the end of the bed to not hit the TV on the wall. However, the location is excellent and good value for the rates! The room was quiet and check in and check out were super easy. Great choice if you are looking for a good value within easy walking distance to so many NYC sites."

"The room was quaint but very clean and updated. Products provided were too notch. Would stay here again"

"Only issue was possibly thin walls, as a seemingly drunk individual was being very loud after midnight outside my room, but my roommates seem to think he was in the hallway and that therefore the walls themselves are not actually thin and problematic."

"Staff were delightful"

"Rooms are newly refurbished and overall hotel is neat and clean; room was clean. Perfect central location. Staff helpful at front desk. Housekeeping lady Sophia on our floor was very kind to our young son."
