"First off, the staff was first class. From the front desk people to the doormen, they were always willing to help and always with a smile. The hotel is also very clean and the room was perfect. The location of the hotel also couldn’t be beat. So close to great restaurants and shopping. Close to Central Park, Rockefeller Center, and Broadway. Close to subway and easy to get taxis. The only slight negative is there is not a bar or restaurant in this hotel. Not a deal breaker for us and would stay...

"A wonderful property central to all the theaters, shopping, Times Square and subway stations. We especially liked Rick's Café which offered 24 hour coffee and snacks, and a nice continental breakfast every morning. We'll be back."

Some rooms are suites. clean, comfortable, modern and bright. concierge, restaurant and bar and brand new fitness facility. This will be my new go -to hotel in NY. loved it!!"
