"We had the do not disturb on the door but had it propped open so my friend could get ice. The housekeeping staff came in and realized I was in there. She was super apologetic for coming in and realized it was a misunderstanding. Otherwise super clean, very nice rooms with crisp cold air! Not to mention across the street from the amphitheater which was a plus!"
