The owners obviously put care into maintaining their hotel. The staff is helpful and conscientious. It's not fancy and the building is older, but it's solid, provides appropriate essentials, and it's kept clean. It had easy access to the highway to get to many points of interest. We would stay here again.

The manager and staff were very friendly. The location was perfect for our needs as our son lives close by. The building is older but the management are doing a great job of keeping it clean. The pool is small but inviting. The bedding and towels were very clean and white.

Pros: Clean room, clean bed, easy parking, elevator access, hot water, and quick friendly check in and check out. Cons: Dirty hallways, smelled like smoke and mildew, overflowing trash bins, bed was a nod hard, and continental breakfast was just bread, cereal, and not so good looking eggs. Overall the rooms are great but the common areas are not well taken care of. Good for just a shower and sleep.

I expected a higher quality building. Towels were of very poor quality, old, thin, fit for cleaning not to be used for personal use. The faucet on the bathroom sink was loosely attached and giggled when turning on and off.Base boards in bathroom needed a good scrubbing and bathroom fan make a loud grinding noise to be avoided. The people at the front desk were very nice.

This was a late arrival, one night stay for us. Check in was efficient and the gentleman was very polite. The lobby area is a bit spartan but there was a computer station, a brochure rack and ice and vending machines. The breakfast was basic with cold cereals, breads, biscuits, gravy, eggs, juice and coffee. The room was a bit dated but clean with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. We would stay here again.

Conclave night

The room was comfortable, but a bit noisy. It's an older building with gaps at the door. The communal spaces have been updated, but the room is still sporting old carpet and finishes. Corners in the room and bathroom could use some focused cleaning.
