"We stayed one night, Meagan in Mugleys restaurant was excellent with her patience and kindness with our large group when we came in 30 minutes before closing and the food was great. As for the pool area the pool was very cold and the hot tub not very hot and dirty scum around it, Kids were jumping in and out of the hot tub and not following rules and kids running down the hallways all night,very noisy. The next morning the pool and hot tub was closed.there was no bathtub in my room like I reserved but the rooms were clean and beds were comphy. The thermostats in the 3 rooms we reserved were old outdated had to call maintenance to regulate it."

"I called before I booked to specifically ask how late the restaurant was open. They said 11. I arrived at 10 planning to get a late dinner. It was closed."

"Lots of trash overflowing outside the main entrance both days we stayed. Along with trash in the parking lot. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the carpet in the hallways a trip hazard- needs stretched. Property is dated, smells funny - but wasn’t that bad."

"The staff was great, and overall it was a nice trip. The rooms that have the option of adjoining are not soundproof at all, you can hear almost everything through the closed door. Our air did not work, luckily it was cool enough but it was muggy. We were offered a fan, which was appreciated, but it was not a great solution. "

"Breakfast wasn't as good as the reviews. Potatoes greasy and they had waffle toppings but no waffles. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff were pleasant"

"We had a terrible experience with flights being moved, cancelled, rebooked, cancelled again, etc. Having the ability to stay at the Westin right on-site was incredibly nice. It was beautiful, friendly staff and had its own TSA entrance. Would recommend."
