The room was very very clean and in excellent shape. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet for the night which was so nice. It is a nice central place to stay. It would be so nice to have a coffee pot in the room but luckily we were right by the lobbiy but most people aren't. The reservation lady could have been a bit more unpleasant but she did give us the information we needed and that's all we have to ask for right.

It was a really nice place to stay, the staff were really nice! The only thing I really have to complain about was the shower rod was messed up so the curtain would fall to the middle of the shower

Breakfast needs to be better. You need a waffle maker. The doors are very loud. Staff was very helpful and the location is great.

The staff at the front desk were terrific. We arrived very late because of a delayed flight into Detroit/long line at the car rental -- we were exhausted. Grateful to the front desk person for helping us get checked in quickly.
