Front desk staff were super nice but the manager was rude. The sofa bed that should've been able to accommodate 2 people should not be legally sold as a bed option. The springs from overuse and age, are nearly poking straight through the fabric that my 6 year old daughter couldn't even lay on it. There was dried blood on the blanket and dried up blood stain on the carpet (I have pictures). Cushions on the couch were ripped. I asked if I could have a cot and they sent it. They said it'd be in the room in the next 5 min so we waited around to see if it was usable considering the sofa bed was horrible, and they didn't show up for over half an hour. I had to be somewhere and left. When I returned, thankfully it was usable. I asked my mom and stepdad to be booked on the same floor. They confirmed my mom would be on the same level as us but opposite side of the place, that's fine. But I actually found out my mom was on the third floor, opposite side. I was travelling alone with two young children and they knew this. I asked for a room change and the manager said no because that room would now be unable to be cleaned and she'd lose money on being able to sell that room for the night. She was less concerned about me as a guest. The "breakfast" food was absolutely disgusting and there wasn't much to choose from. No meat option, just carbs, an apple and the most disgusting powered chemical grey eggs you can imagine. Thankfully McD's was across the street. Never again.
