"I would definitely stay at this property again. The rooms were impeccable. We made use of the basketball court and the pool. Plenty of food options just 5 minutes from the hotel. Yes, they will try to sell you a timeshare. But, I made my lack of interest clear as soon as I found out I had to get my key from a salesperson's office and they weren't too pushy after that. Staff was easily accessible for questions via text. 10/10. "

"The first room I put in was dirty wallpaper peeling off the wall. The second room I was put in was dirty. The microwave broke and had to be destroyed to get my food out. The tub didn’t work. I had to put a weight on it to hold the water in and that didn’t work. My key card had to be redone five times cause it wouldn’t work carpets weren’t vacuumed. Everything was dusty the continental breakfast that they supposedly had was two different kinds of cereal and four danishes. I was terribly not...

"The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay."
