"The rooms are spacious and clean. Vibe is quiet and calm. Breakfast was average. Staff friendly and accommodating."

"Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and nice. The rooms are a little outdated and could use some sprucing up. The water park is nice but should be renovated to keep it modern and appealing to the eye. Overall the kids enjoyed the stay."

"Our room had not been cleaned at check-in. We were given a second room that was in worse conditions than the first term. The third room worked like a charm, thankfully. However there were no pillows, blankets or sheets for the pull out sofa bed. We called the front desk and was told that housekeeping was gone for the day. When we called back the next morning we were told those items would be delivered. After an hour we called back again, received an apology and was told someone was on the way....

"There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was the usual continental breakfast. It seemed pretty good. The only things I didn’t like was our room smelled musty and sour. Also, the shower curtain needs to be replaced. There were some rips on it. "

"The property is beautiful as always, very peaceful and great for families. I was a bit disappointed with the spa tub in the king bathroom. There was a lot of dead skin just sitting in the tub and The bathtub in the second room was stopped up. We only used the shower and it was puddling at the bottom. I left it to sit and there was brown/gross stuff just backing up into the tub. Just be mindful. I’ve been here before and I know this is more than likely a one time occurrence, HOPEFULLY! "Clean room"

"We drove 6.5 hours and paid for the room days in advance. Once, we arrived and checked in we were informed they had given my room away. I asked if he had a king and he stated he did but when given the keys, I was booked into a room with 2 double beds. I went to use the fridge and didn't realize it wasn't plugged in and when I had to move the shelf it was in to plug it in, I found 2 dead mice."

"Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!"

"It was not a nice stay. Hallways did not smell good or clean. Bathroom was extremely small. Ran down place. Not like the pictures. The breakfast was not good has gnats around food. There is a $50 deposit charge when stay on arrival. "

"Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front....
