"The property has a great all inclusive breakfast and also love the fact that they have an outdoor pool since the neighboring hotel doesn't. I've stayed here in the past when visiting family near by and haven't been disappointed. "not well maintained and looks/feels old"

"My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The property is extremely outdated, and our first room was unacceptable. When we opened the door, the entire lock assembly was lying on the floor, the door was already open, and it looked like someone had tried to break in. We were moved to another room, but the air conditioning wasn’t working there either. The only positive part of our stay was the gentleman at the front desk. "The staff allowed us to drop our luggage off before check-in so we could go off to do other things and that was nice. The mattress was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning worked fine. Otherwise it was an unpleasant experience. The room was dark and dingy. The furnishings were worn out…the easy chair had stained fabric, the bed sheet had a hole in it, and the handle on the folding door to the bath was missing. "It was a short stay for the finances however I had to change rooms 2 times. Bathroom was being worked on and t.v wasn't working in 2nd room. The staff was very polite and helpful. There was 1 bug we saw on our way out. I think once the small renovations are done it'll be better. Bedding could use some updating or replacing."

"I had to wait for check in over 20 minutes in the lobby with noone coming out to see if I needed help. There was stairs to carry and climb to get to a room located in a odd place. The room looked nothing like the photos. The covers where stained. The curtains to the patio where gross. Roaches ran the walls. The one chair in the room was dirty. "The hotel was clean! The staff was very professional and helpful! However, the room looked very cheaply renovated. Lots of patched up spots in the ceiling. Bathroom door was several different colors of brown. The carpet needs to be cleaned or removed. There was a slight smell over near the bathroom/fridge/microwave area. The front door entrance absolutely annoying! You have to push the handicapped button or pull/push for it to open instead of having sensors. When you have a lot in your hands...

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. My only disappointment was that the website and motel still advertised a swimming pool. The pool was closed and had not been opened this year at all. Not sure the problem or why it was not open. If they are not going to have a pool open for guest when it is 100 degrees outside they really need to remove that from the website or state that it is currently closed. Had I know this it would have changed my reservation....
