"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "

"르네상스 호텔에 대한 만족도가 높습니다. 한가지 아쉬운점은 체크아웃 이후 샤워관련입니다. 홍콩- 부산 비행기는 대부분 새벽 2시 전후로 출발합니다. 체크 아웃 이후 계속 다니다 보면 5, 6, 7, 8월 홍콩 자유 여행은 땀이 많이 납니다. 체크 아웃 이후 22시까지 30분정도 샤워 및 옷을 갈아 입을 수 있도록 배려해주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 방콕은 언제든지 가능했고, 홍콩도 그렇게 되리라 기대를 했습니다. 그러나 일몰시간 이후라 샤워장을 사용할 수 없었고, 화장실에서 가능하다고 해서 급하게 옷만 갈아입고 귀국을 했습니다. 운영에 참고 부탁드립니다. 감사합니다. "

"台風の時に帰国で不安でしたが、香港の台風の制度を色々教えてくれました。台風でもやっているお店もあり助かりました。ローカルレストランも多く、地元の人との会話も楽しかったです。交通の便もとても良いです。天気が悪い旅行にも、おすすめのホテルです。 Even though I was very nervous because of the typhoon Whippa hit HK, they were so kind and helpful. There were some shops opening even during typhoon. Great location to take MTR, bus, ferry and tram. So totally nice travel even if it’s bad weather."
