"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "

"Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds. I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin. He was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room , I would definitely come back to this hotel again for my next visit. Also ? Thanks again, Kevin for giving us a comfortable stay"

"The whole experience was something very special. The view of the harbour was amazing and the room was impeccable. During the road chaos after the fireworks display, a team helped us move a trolley full of suitcases to an accessible taxi pick up point. A walk of more than 15 minutes, among a huge crowd of people and pushing a heavy trolley. This was service above and beyond any of our expectations. "After an early and hectic flight I arrived well before check-in. I asked the gentleman at the front desk where could I get some breakfast. I figured that the room would not be ready for at least 3-4 hours. But when I returned 45 minutes later he said that my room was ready. That made all the difference to a weary traveler."
