"Room is clean but small. Bed and pillows are excellent. It would help to have luggage racks especailly if you have large suitcases. We had to open ours up on the floor. Bath towels are very small. "We loved the h10 Madison Hotel. The location was convenient and walkable. When we arrived, we were offered refreshments and the option to hold our baggage as our room wasn’t ready yet. "Clean, but not made for a family of three, and let me be the first to demand that they delete “one bedroom” from the room description. I paid for a room with one bedroom, including a queen bed and a twin bed. What we got was a queen bed and a sofa bed that took up the entire living space it was like walking on the ledge of a building, trying to get around the room. Also not convenient for taxis or Ubers. But it is just steps from the cathedral, so there’s that."
