"The room was on the smaller side, but the views of the city were absolutely stunning and made up for the space. I really loved the bathroom—it was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were fantastic, super helpful and welcoming throughout the stay. One of the best parts of the hotel was the rooftop bar and deck—truly top tier, with incredible views and a great vibe. Overall, a beautiful boutique hotel with thoughtful touches and an unbeatable rooftop experience."

"All positive. Owner and creator poured all of herself into making both the private and public spaces unique and special. Workers went out of their way to help. The location between the Born and Barcelonetta neighborhoods put us right between the beach and the Gothic Quarter, which is crisscrossed with centuries old architecture but also loaded with options for tapas and beer. "Serras was such a pleasure to visit and use as our base to navigate stunning Barcelona. The hotel is new/fresh and nicely designed and appointed (very nicely appointed!) but the standout is/was the staff…. They could not have been nicer or more helpful from attractions to restaurants to Flamenco recommendations …everything thoughtful helpful and all with a smile and graciousness. Thanks so much! "

"The location is central to everything but it’s off the busy street. The hotel is absolutely amazing and was more of an apartment with an amazing view! Walking distance to the beach, Rambla, and many other popular locations. The staff was on point and service was the BEST!! I’ve been to Barcelona numerous times and will stay here from now on. "

"Really lovely hotel tucked away in the Gothic district but well Located. The best part of the hotel was Tomas. He was such a friendly, comical, and lively gentleman who helped us with anything we needed. When we first walked in it felt very homey and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, well decorated, and as cold as you wanted them to be at night. Very unique hotel for Europe and we loved our stay."

"1 Nuit avant la croisière Italie, Espagne....notre chambre était située en avant dans la rue piétonière... nous avons crains pour le bruit de la rue..Mais non... très bien insonorisé cet hotel.... Beau jardin arrière et déjeuner copieux, beaucoup de choix au buffet... Sincèrement nous avons préféré cet hotel à Barcelone que le 2ième au retour de croisière, qui était plus loin....Si l'on retourne en Espagne pour un plus long séjour, cet hotel sera notre premier choix..."

"Perfect location. In the heart of the gothic quarter. Awesome spot to walk around and enjoy the old cobblestone streets. Metro station across the street couldn’t be more perfect. Just beautiful. Rooftop bar is 10/10. Staff all beyond exceptional. I would come back 100%. Breakfast was over top professional. "

"My favorite hotel in all of Europe. Although it was booked full, I was still able to check-in two hours early. I waited for my room comfortably on the roof at the pool after leaving my luggage with the staff. The hotel offers complimentary unlimited purified water. You also have access to free alcohol daily during their happy hour (with snacks). The window in the room didn’t open but the A/C works flawlessly so the heat wasn’t an issue.
