"Lovely hotel, quite centtalky located near the pier and Port Louis. Plenty of food options and shopping area near it. The hotel it self was very clean too and a good breakfast spread!"

"Accueil glacial et catastrophique, On nous conduit à la chambre Mégots dans le cendrier de la terrasse de la chambre. À l intérieur des gâteaux apéritifs sur le sol . La sale de bain les toilettes sont sale excréments et cheveux . Pas de serviettes non plus . Et le pire se font les draps du lit pas changé plein de taches , souillé, oils et cheveux à volonté, une horreur . Je redescends a la réception on nous change de chambre. Pas mieux . Le lendemain deux personnes d une soixantaine d années...

"Accueil chaleureux et vraiment sympathique mais personne ne parlait français quand nous sommes arrivés. Dès deux côtés l'anglais était approximatif mais nous y sommes arrivés. Très grand appart fort agréable (manque de luminosité et de luminaires dommage). Cependant la 3eme personne dort sur le canapé... J'avais lu les avis mais bon il faut le voir pour le croire...des trous et des bosses, une horreur. La responsable le lendemain vous dit que c'est normal et que si on met un plaid ça suffit...et...

"Let’s start with Rohan the manager. He was incredible helpful happy and just couldn’t do enough to help you. And this was only the beginning. The staff every single one ! Happy and helpful. Not a common sight but this was truly appreciated. Kishan at the beach bar a wonderful human. Always jolly quick with drinks. Rai one of his colleagues also the same just fantastic.
