Amazing Place to Explore Northern Mauritius! If you’re looking to explore the northern part of Mauritius, this is the perfect place to stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome, thanks to the attentive and service-minded staff who went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including access to water sports, which added so much fun to our stay. A wonderful bonus was the ability to use their sister hotel, where we went on several snorkeling trips and even spotted turtles—truly unforgettable moments! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the warm, inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home from the start. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was perfect except miss sheetal at the reception lacks customer service skills. I was a resident of the hotel for 2 nights and on my last night at the hotel my elderly parents who cannot walk comfortably, i decided to accompany them to their room. She told me not to accompany my parents because its the company policy that strangers do not need to have access to other client’s room. My mom told her both are my daughters are residing in the hotel even that she insisted not to accompany my parents whereas it didnt create any problem when my sister checked in on the same day and i accompanied her. Also, my parents could have been given a ground floor room instead of a first floor room. But overall our stay was a nice experience.

Great overall stay here at the Radisson Blu Azuri. There are restaurants within the hotel grounds and small cafe and shops to buy snacks. Staff are friendly, especially Ramesh and the chefs who were very accommodating with making vegan friendly food for us. There is a good variety of food during the breakfast and dinner buffet, and includes vegetarian and non vegetarian. Each evening is themed with different cuisines so you are not getting the same every time. House keeping was a little slow as had to remind them to take the plates away from the room and provide water bottles. Evening entertainment was also great and varied with live music and dances, although it does get cold at night as the hotel is situated right outside the ocean.

The first question asked at check “how & who did you book with? I said Expedia & we didn’t get the same service as those booked directly with Radisson! No cold towels, very slow mediocre experience compared to others! We had the only one bedroom private pool villa, it was nice, spacious, the pool was wonderful but a lot of black mold in the shower that they did nothing about after we asked them to remedy it on 2 consecutive days, we had a hornet nest they did remedy. The suite had no ice bucket or umbrella (no big deal) but they treated us as if they didn’t believe us and insisted on checking themselves to see, sheets and towels were old & worn, full of balls, pillows need to be replaced or restuffled, mattress is tired, the value is not there for the price of this suite compared to other smaller private pool rooms! The food was our biggest disappointment, we chose this hotel as they said they could provide dairy free and gluten free diets but it lacked choice, would wait for an hour for GF/DG crepes, no desserts, breakfast buffet was good, dinner buffet was dreadful, repetitive, on weekends when locals stay the food was much better quality & variety! No bananas, no lettuce for salads, many excuses including the cyclone (lol), it had nothing to do with it!!! Half board is a joke! NO drinks included, not even basic water, Nespresso in room is ‘chargeable’ as is everything!!! Would not stay here again! Many other choices for better value on the island!

Toppbetyg för allt, egentligen. Rummen, maten, utbudet på aktiviteter, servicen över lag är fantastisk. Det finns ingen anledning att hyra bil utan det fungerar perfekt med taxi vart man än vill åka. Som bonus får man en kunnig och sympatisk guidning av Zaheed. Ett hotell som tillfredsställer alla behov för både gamla och unga i en mycket vänlig atmosfär.

Super relaxing stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Radison. The staff is wonderful, the food was good and the kids really enjoyed the water sports. We travelled around Mauritius before we came and have to say that the beach is not as nice as other places because of the river. The water is not clear light blue, more dark and unclear, which didn’t bother us as we stayed in other places already but if this is your only place make sure you leave the resort and see the magnificent beaches Mauritius has. We had a really relaxing stay and it was a great end to our Mauritius adventure!

Perfect hotel

The hotel has everything on its site. Full of activities for children that can be babysitted for free. The service is just beyond all expectations. This side of the island is windy so you can kitesurf on the site. Noting around the hotel but we had a car and the hotel itself provides everything the guests might need or want.

Super Hotel für entspannte Tage.

Das Radisson Blu Azuri ist eine wunderschöne Hotelanlage in einem gesicherten Apartmentbereich. Toller Check-in mit Park- und Gepäckservice und Begrüßungsgetränk. Große, noch sehr neu wirkende Zimmer. Bequemes Bett, großer Bad- und Duschbereich. Schöner Balkon mit Chill-out Sofa. Wir hatten Halbpension und waren mit dem Essen extrem zufrieden. Jeden Abend ein anderes Themenbüffet und auch beim Frühstück bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Das Personal ist wirklich ausnahmslos freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wenn man nicht beim Essen oder am Pool ist, merkt man oft gar nicht, wie viele Gäste in der Anlage wohnen. Gutes WLAN. Schönes Fitness-Studio. Gratis-Parkplätze wenn man einen Mietwagen hat. Einzigen kleinen Nachteile: Etwas kleinlich fanden wir, dass man bei HP beim Abendessen selbst für Wasser bezahlen muss. Der Strand ist schön, aber das Wasser ist für Mauritius-Verhältnisse etwas trübe und zum Schwimmen weniger geeignet. Stündlich geht ein Bootsshuttle zu einer Plattform zum Schwimmen. Die Wassersportangebote (Kajak etc.) sind durch den flachen und felsigen Untergrund im ufernahen Gewässer schwierig zu nutzen. Und je nach Jahreszeit kann schon einmal ein ordentlicher Wind vom Meer kommen. Ansonsten ist es sicher eines der schönsten Hotels, in denen wir bisher waren. Wenn man nicht ständig schwimmen oder schnorcheln möchte, das ideale Hotel für entspannte Tage.
