"Alessandra's place was a lovely stay. The rooms are modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious! We enjoyed a cappucino, pastries, yogurt, and juice provided by the host each morning. The area also felt safe and quiet from the tourism district while being 2 mins away from a waterbus. We would recommend friends to stay here if they are in Venice. "Outstanding service and attention to detail from the staff. All staff including the breakfast employees were extremely patient and helpful. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and received a nice bottle of Prosecco on ice with a happy birthday balloon. She loved it! I have two minor things I’m nitpicking. 1.) I would appreciate a smart TV with modern streaming apps. 2.) The shower set up was a bit odd. The tub had a half glass door that leaked water during showers. Not a deal breaker for us and overall happy with our stay here, will definitely come back. "
