"Hotel was clean and the staff were all very polite and helpful. The beds were a little uncomfortable, the AC didn’t work well and the room was hot but we were able to open the windows which was nice. Overall, the hotel was dated and guest rooms could use a renovation "

"The TEN-YU was an exceptional experience. The staff recieve you as if you just arrived home. The whole ambience is of relaxation and de stressing. Enjoyed a fabulous aromatherapy massage at the onsite AnSpa, which was in the most serene location. The Tepanyaki dinner was something else!! Beautifully prepared starters and delicious cuts of the best Kobe beef. We were able to unwind immediately from a long trip and made it a stay i will never forget!!!"

"Great stay for a family of four with kids 4 & 6. A calm, relaxing property with friendly staff and tasty Japanese food options we all enjoyed. Kids loved the Onsen bath in the room & wearing katana to dinner. Shuttle bus service was brilliant. I’d recommend taking some small activities to dinner for the kids as it can be a 2hr sitting. "

"The room was VERY spacious and clean. We appreciated the lobby area and while we didn't get the breakfast option, there was a vending machine in the lobby that required us to download an app to use. Unfortunately with us being from USA, to text us to confirm that we wanted to load the app didn't work correctly and we didn't receive the text.
