Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Het huis bevindt zich in een industriële omgeving dus soms rijden er camions voorbij. Al bij al heb ik goed geslapen.

Nos hospedamos en la habitación con dos camas matrimoniales y una cama individual. En nuestro caso, usamos el departamento principalmente para dormir y resultó ser una muy buena opción. Lo mejor del alojamiento: -La limpieza: El lugar estaba impecable, un aspecto que sin duda se agradece muchísimo. -La hospitalidad: La hostess fue súper amable, atenta y servicial desde el primer momento. Incluso nos ayudó a resolver una situación con el transporte saliendo del aeropuerto de Cancún, lo cual valoramos enormemente. Puntos a mejorar (como sugerencia constructiva): -Los colchones: Los de las camas matrimoniales ya se sienten algo incómodos; cambiarlos a futuro aseguraría un descanso perfecto para los próximos huéspedes. -La ventilación: Debido al fuerte calor de la ciudad, el mini split actual no da el abasto suficiente. Quizá agregar un pequeño abanico de apoyo ayudaría a ventilar y refrescar mucho mejor la habitación. En general, tuvimos una muy buena estancia gracias a las atenciones de la host. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Esta en linea promovida como hotel pero es una casa y se compartia , casi no se pudo descansar porque alguien llego a media noche haciendo ruido terrible y el ac que estaba en el cuarto no enfriava hasta una de mi hija tuvo que dormir en el suelo para sentirse mas fresca.

Nice and clean. But hot and a/c wasn’t enough to keep the room cold, you have to share bathroom with other people, but overall was good! Oh, by ythe way, I had to pay $20 dlls extra because we got there after 2 am

Everything was great, but I picked this property because of the fact that it has a AC, Unfortunately, it was not working well at all, and it was super hot in the room all night. But didn’t know that it was a great place really good food.

Our stay in " Maison Bleue"

The owner was polite and the place was clean. However, they did not honor the price listed in our reservation, and we ended up paying significantly more than what was shown on the booking page. Our advice: make sure to pay online in advance, not just reserve, to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

Our experience was bizarre and unpleasant. The room was quite small. It was described as a family room for 5 people, but there was barely room to move between the three beds, and the twin mattress was on a wooden pallet on the floor under the TV. The air-conditioner was not powerful enough to cool the room, despite its small size. We checked in at 3 (we requested an early check in and were denied) and the host told us repeatedly not to slam any doors. She said we could use the pool, but dont bring any moisture inside. She also said we could use one cabinet in the kitchen, but the rest was private. Hardly the full kitchen that was listed. Then the power went out. For half an hour. No AC. No wi-fi. No WATER provided. So we left. I messaged the host immediately and left our keys on the counter. She responded by arguing with me, claiming the power was only out for 5 minutes (i documented the time it went out and came back on), that the room wasn't actually too small, and that we should have called her before we left so the front door wasnt left unlocked. No apology. Absolutly bizzare and unpleasant. Do not recommend.

Hello everyone we got stuck a few extra days in Cancun . We found this hidden gem ! We had a large room with 2 full size beds and a twin bed . Large closet space and a balcony. The room included a large TV and WiFi . We shared a hallway bathroom which was actually not in inconvenient at all . The lady onsite is super clean and stays on top of it . We got to enjoy the pool and backyard grill area. Would love to have had a fridge too keep snacks and drinks . We will definitely be using this place in the future.

Servicio no concordante con la habitación ofertada

Está en la página de hoteles.com pero no es un hotel no ofrece los servicios de un hotel , es una casa que rentan por cuarto este con 3 camas no existe baño dentro de la habitación la persona que renta el cuarto es muy demandante, ofrece servicio de garage que no existe no hay agua caliente, los servicios de cocina son restrictivos el baño es compartido para otras habitaciones, en general. No lo recomiendo

Me realizó un cobro que no estaba especificado dentro de mi reservación. El auto lo dejó en la calle considero que si presta un servicio no puede cuestionar los motivos de mi viaje y tampoco limitar la entrada y salida a mi estancia.

A restrictive stay with several drawbacks

This property offers clean accommodations, but several challenges detract from the experience, making it less ideal for most travelers. Difficulties with Check-In The check-in process is unnecessarily complicated. The property, referred to as “The Blue House,” is misleadingly painted a yellowish color, making it hard to locate. Additionally, the address provided on the map is incorrect, and without contacting the owner, it’s nearly impossible to find the place. The owner frequently emails to ask for the exact arrival time, which can be inconvenient for tourists who may lack internet access while traveling. Accommodation Details The property is a private house with three rooms: one occupied by the owner and two rented out. Guests must share a single toilet at the end of the hallway—a fact that isn’t clearly stated on booking platforms. While the rooms themselves are clean, with functional air conditioning and a decent balcony, the overall experience feels restrictive. The house has a kitchen and a pool, but access is strictly controlled. Guests must request the owner’s permission to use these amenities or even to enter and exit the property, as the gate is locked and can only be opened by the owner.
