Convenient location just across Ado. We stayed only one night but all was great. Place was clean and the staff very kind. we arrived at almost midnight, we found a tacos stand outside that was great! We suggest the hotel bar to stay open later 😁

I liked the location (facing the bus station). I liked the room (clean and well located). What I did not like is the new system they put in place which consist in deleting the key card to enter the room, every time we leave the hotel. For example, I put the card in my pocket (far from any electronic device that could srcanble the magnetic tape), I go outside the hotel for a while, I come back, and my card no function anymore because the hotel desactivated it because I left the hotel. So every time I need to go to the lobby counter to ask for a re-activation.

I liked the proximity to the bus station as well as shopping centers (easy to use the bus). I did not like the fact of seeing bugs in the bedroom. Also the view to outside very limited, even for a deluxe room

We liked the location and the kiddy pool. The cleanliness is great in the room and they clean alot in the hallways. The pools emptied for floating leaves every day. But the cleanliness in the restaurant i horrible. Dirty tables and dirty cutlery. Food is ok though. The staff in restaurant and reception is ok. You dont feel very welcome with one exception, a very sweet girl in the restaurant. Prices are good. The rooms are not very quiet. You hear everything outside (BIRDS, traffic, people, party). All in all, it was ok to stay there.

We walked into our room and it smelled - musty and the pillow cases were too small for king size pillows. The bed linen worn. There was a used towel on the floor near the door. It looked like a room that should be rented by the hour ! We left and returned to front desk and checked out - took a cab to other hotel. We should’ve known when the front desk clerk hands you the remote control, and the air conditioning control when you pay. We never received any funds back because we had entered the room even though we did not stay more than 10 minutes.

Trash hotel

This hotel is garbage! Save yourself the time and money and book elsewhere. It was gross. The only nice part about the hotel was the pool but that is all. The hotel is falling apart, it is dated and when I complained to the front they refused to change me to another room. The room also didn’t come with coffee and was told by the front receptionist that I had to purchase it from their restaurant. Beware of the people lounging around outside this hotel. I don’t think this is located in a safe area.
