A tiny hiccup though as we booked an early dinner at the restaurant at 18h30 (slot was available from the booking system). When we turned up, we were told there was no service before 19:00. There were plenty of alternatives in the area so this ended up not being an issue. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here -- this was our first time in Paris, and the location was perfect: close enough to train lines and neat neighborhoods, but a bit removed from the crowded trendy areas. There were plenty of little shops to grab what we needed (grocery, pharmacy) and an abundance of cafes and bakeries for breakfast. If you book a single family room on Expedia you will get 2 rooms and no scope for moving even a camp bed in for small child. Children were made to feel unwelcome. We were told we could use the pool but then got told off for having children in the pool by other visitors you should not offer ‘family’ provision if you want to be an adult only hotel.
