"Beautiful resort and great staff"

"This was an amazing stay... the views are absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were clean and very cozy and the staff was very nice. The host was able to give amazing recommendations for our tours. Assisting us in going to oslob and moalboal. Her recommendations were amazing and we missed the hecticness of the crowds. It was almoat like paying for a private tour. They have a few restaurants near by with great food. We did rent car in city so we had transport but even for days we didnt use transport....

"Matutinao Beach Resort is a beautiful and convenient place to stay if you’re visiting Kawasan Falls. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the falls—and the staff are genuinely friendly and always ready to help. The place is quiet, clean, and peaceful, which made our stay really relaxing. Dining options are a bit limited though. There were no fish dishes available during our stay, and the kitchen closes at 7 PM, which feels a little early for tourists who might come back late from...

"The owner is super friendly, the staff too. The place is very quiet and you'll enjoy a stay from the touristic hustle of Moalboal, which remains very accessible of you got a motorbike or just choose to move around with buses. Cottages are very clean and perfectly furnished, with a great fan on the roof to keep the place fresh. You'll enjoy the many birds around singing in the morning for a a quiet and ernergizing stay."

"Property is within walking distance of the local town centre, making it easy to get out to various places including outside of the town. Staff were friendly & cleaning the property on a daily basis. Has a great sea view & everything stated as being included was included without additional charge. Would recommend."

"For prisen er dette et veldig bra hostel/hotel. Hyggelig betjening, god frokost inkludert i private rom. Ligger litt unna stranden, men er en 10-15 minutters spasertur til stranden og hovedområdet. De tilbyr også gratis transport med en liten bil hvor du gir beskjed på WhatsApp når du vil ta den. Rene og fine rom med bra senger og puter, bra klimaanlegg. Opplevde noe bråk fra naboeindomene som var glad i karoke på kvelden samt høns og haner som galte ganske ofte."

"The staff was amazing friendly attentive full of recommendations to look out for us. The food was delicious and reasonable especially for a resort. It is a little secluded which was excellent for us. The grounds are amazing and well maintained. Our room was squeaky clean. The only two items I wished they had were a TV and consistent hot water. "Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Very noisy. No blanket, only sheet. No windows. Person was not there to check me in. Only one functional shower for multiple people. Would not recommend. "

"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. "Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Green garden with deep pool, separated from outside noises. Very quiet place. Easy access to coral reef. A lot of turtles, they also sleep very nearby!"

"The staff were so helpful and wonderful, they even provided us with free dinner an authentic Filipino cuisine. The resort has direct access to the beach and if you are an early riser, the sunrise is something you would not want to miss. Excellent place to stay!!"

The hotel is ideally located right on the beachfront great snorkeling in front of the hotel. It’s a short walk to the Main Street for the bars & restaurants.
