"Beautiful resort and great staff"

"The owner is super friendly, the staff too. The place is very quiet and you'll enjoy a stay from the touristic hustle of Moalboal, which remains very accessible of you got a motorbike or just choose to move around with buses. Cottages are very clean and perfectly furnished, with a great fan on the roof to keep the place fresh. You'll enjoy the many birds around singing in the morning for a a quiet and ernergizing stay."

"Matutinao Beach Resort is a beautiful and convenient place to stay if you’re visiting Kawasan Falls. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the falls—and the staff are genuinely friendly and always ready to help. The place is quiet, clean, and peaceful, which made our stay really relaxing. Dining options are a bit limited though. There were no fish dishes available during our stay, and the kitchen closes at 7 PM, which feels a little early for tourists who might come back late from...

"This was an amazing stay... the views are absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were clean and very cozy and the staff was very nice. The host was able to give amazing recommendations for our tours. Assisting us in going to oslob and moalboal. Her recommendations were amazing and we missed the hecticness of the crowds. It was almoat like paying for a private tour. They have a few restaurants near by with great food. We did rent car in city so we had transport but even for days we didnt use transport....

"Lovely place, quiet to relax after a day of activity. The garden is pretty and the pool is beautiful and a great way to relax after a hot busy day. Had it to myself most of the time. Raquel and Nick were very helpful and lovely people. Raquel was particularly accommodating and helpful with transport and activity bookings. "Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Green garden with deep pool, separated from outside noises. Very quiet place. Easy access to coral reef. A lot of turtles, they also sleep very nearby!"

It is a little secluded which was excellent for us. The grounds are amazing and well maintained. Our room was squeaky clean. The only two items I wished they had were a TV and consistent hot water. "A piece of paradise 10 mins walk from MoalBoal. Our room was great - had a family room. Beds were comfortable, aircon great, had a fridge, and it was quiet. The pool was beautiful. Breakfast was great. The snorkelling right off the beach was some of the best we experienced in the whole of the Philippines. The sardines are about 20 m off shore further down the coast (close to town). We snorkelled there, but if you are not a good swimmer or have little kids, go to town then swim off shore. Town...

The hotel is ideally located right on the beachfront great snorkeling in front of the hotel. It’s a short walk to the Main Street for the bars & restaurants.
