"Mi experiencia en el hotel: aspectos positivos y negativos
Durante una semana tuve la oportunidad de disfrutar, por tercera vez, de las instalaciones de este complejo hotelero. En mi última visita ya había señalado la necesidad urgente de una renovación, y lamentablemente considero que se han realizado pocos avances al respecto.
El aspecto más negativo ocurrió durante el check-out. La señorita Tatiana me atendió amablemente y me preguntó por mi opinión sobre el servicio del hotel. Después de...

"Great hotel. Everything was good including the breakfast & Room. We got the 2 level loft room which included a jacuzzi in an outdoor patio.
The only complaint I have is the massage I got from the spa. I would NOT recommend. It was like they were just lotioning me, and my wife’s bodies. I asked them to use more force, and they just didn’t know how to. Then they put an auto tip on my card without my authorization."

"Considering the recent earthquake, I can understand the renovation being done on the property, but I did not like the location. Also, there were too many lights on in the room - TV, Air-conditioner,
The property is not well kept."

"I was supposed to receive free breakfast, that is one of the main reasons why I booked the property, but I was told by staff that I have to pay a fee and I was charged all three days I stayed. I ended up ordering from RAPPI which is their version of door dash which was much better!"

"On the first day of checking in the elevator was out of service so had to carry luggage up 3 flights if stairs. No hot water in bathroom during the entire stay!! The responded you must let it run 10 minutes. So after 45 minutes still NO hot water! In addition, the wood vanity at the sick was rotted and clearly with fungus growing into the wood. Lastly , absolutely NO hotel telephone service…they communicated with guests via WhatsApp only! This hotel is one of the most expensive in the city...

The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good.
The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali."
