"Easy check in and very comfortable room, we slept with no interruptions at all despite a private party of youngsters being held in the hotel the same evening. It was only in the morning when we realised our room was overlooking the entrance and we never heard a single peep. We chose the hotel as it had gym facilities and the gym was absolutely fantastic for a hotel gym, we would love to come back and enjoy more of the facilities in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend this place."

"No aircon controller in room, if it required changes someone had to come up and make the adjustment via a remote they brought with them and took it again when they left, so either you suffered a too hot or too cold room "

"The room was small. The location is okay; takes about 15 min to walk to west Cambridge. But there are no sidewalks or proper traffic lights, so you have to walk a bit on a dirt road. Feel not very safe to walk after sunset. I moved to hotels in Eddington after the stay. "

"Clean, spacious room (107) with sofa and chair as well as the bed and a desk. No wardrobe but space and hangers provided. 2 suitcase stands as well. The lift wasn't working so good job we were only on the 1st floor. Bathroom set out for disabled but fully functional as a wet room. Staff very friendly and the service was top notch. Good food and drink at reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet was delicious and hot."

"The room was advertised as soundproof however the noise from the adjoining room was too loud, we had to move rooms. The breakfast was until 10:30 as stated by the receptionist, when arriving for breakfast at our booked time or 10am we were told breakfast was finished. The spa jacuzzi was not warm enough and surrounding pool area in the spa was cold, robes were an extra expense. Parking cost £10 per 24hrs yet the car park was not busy and far from built up areas, we wasn’t sure the reason for the charge to park in the countryside! Only disabled badge holders were allowed to park directly outside the windows of the rooms, there was 5 cars parked in these spaces and only 1 had a disabled badge displayed. The car door slams, radios and loading u loading guests really disturbed us outside our room window. Staff were very friendly at all times."
