"Dinner was dreadful, buffet breakfast was ice cold at 7.30am, there was no hot water for a shower in the morning and the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Very disappointing. Will not stay here again. The only positive was the staff were very helpful."

"Holes in the sun shade curtains,no shower curtain, Rusty toilet paper holder,no microwave and the door had a gap that funneled the wind right under the door. Ordered the executive garden apartment and I got a room with no garden. As far as I was concerned that I had actually ordered the room with breakfast included. "A quaint, hidden gem of a property which was well located away from the hustle and bustle. Lisa, who manages the place, was lovely and friendly. The spa bath was a real treat and it was refreshing to stay in pet friendly accomodation that didn’t charge extra for your pet (big plus!). "We loved our stay at La Promenade. Exactly as advertised, clean and well laid out with friendly staff. It is currently being renovated a few rooms at a time, but of no imposition to our stay. This will only make it a more attractive proposition in the future."
