"Dinner was dreadful, buffet breakfast was ice cold at 7.30am, there was no hot water for a shower in the morning and the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Very disappointing. Will not stay here again. The only positive was the staff were very helpful."

"A quaint, hidden gem of a property which was well located away from the hustle and bustle. Lisa, who manages the place, was lovely and friendly. The spa bath was a real treat and it was refreshing to stay in pet friendly accomodation that didn’t charge extra for your pet (big plus!). "The kitchen was fully equipped apart from the coffee machine that was mentioned on their advert and very clean and roomy. I really enjoyed my stay and would go back again when in the area. Highly recommend. The only thing I would like to mention is in their maintenance inspection they omitted replacement of two downlight bulbs. "Holes in the sun shade curtains,no shower curtain, Rusty toilet paper holder,no microwave and the door had a gap that funneled the wind right under the door. Ordered the executive garden apartment and I got a room with no garden. As far as I was concerned that I had actually ordered the room with breakfast included. In the check in process I was informed that I didn't have breakfast included. Noisey hallways and can hear the next door apartment's noise. The whole experience was not good and I...
