The suite looked new and clean but noticed it wasn’t well dusted.The sound proof is good but my last day there I couldn’t sleep due to noise coming from within the building which sounded like people working on something. Overall I was happy with my stay there and I wouldn’t mind coming back or referring a friend.

Very disappointing for a new build.
The industrial air conditioners hummed all night, toilet seat ill fitting, every time you sat on it you felt like you were going to slide off. Guest parking extremely hard to park in, we couldn’t get our car into the designated car space, very badly designed.

Great place to stay. Clean bright and spacious.
On arrival finding the correct lift was a little confusing and not very clear. However after self checkin the room was large and lighter and bright. Good comfy bed. If I had to say a negative it would be that the bathroom light was auto connected to the extractor fan and in the middle of the night getting up to use the facilities is so loud. But overall a great stay is return to stay again. Thanks

Mixed thoughts
Hotel still had some food crumbs on floor and towels had stains on them. But worse this is a "remote hotel" not mentioned anywhere on booking very confusing to check in and find the place. Call a number get a txt find a key box. My suggestion reach out to the pub downstairs and try to be friendly with them to help guests because when you ask all they say is good luck.

Be warned …
Be warned! The parking is very confined, very difficult to park in the allocated spaces. Impossible to sleep as there was an ongoing noisy hum throughout the night. This was as loud as if it was a heavy vehicle idling just outside an open window. Added to this were thumps and bangs at around 2 am which we assume were deliveries to the shopping complex or bottle. These sounded like fireworks. Other than that - the apartment is new, spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed with very comfortable beds. Instructions for self check-in are sent by text to your mobile so if by any chance your phone isn’t working, or the network is down there is no human reception back-up.
