"This was a great spot close to public transit into Venice. The rooms and building were very clean. Staff was very accommodating (holding luggage before/after) and kind. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable (very flat pillows) and a few more amenities (no shampoo/conditioner, only body wash) However I would still definitely recommend for a short stay visiting Venice! "

The hotel is in immaculate condition, in a great location and newly renovated. We could not have been more happy with our stay. "

"We had a beautiful room with a canal view. Everything was clean and what was needed was there. They were kind enough let us stow our luggage there after check out until we head to the airport. The staff was all very kind and personable. Check in was confusing as have to go to a connecting hotels reception desk but that was our only minor problem. "

"Walking distance from train station is around 5 minutes. This is also near actv station "Riva De Biaso", very convenient. My room is 02, unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, but other than that, everything is good enough. I am glad that I utilize kitchen nicely."

"Stayed 4 nights. Amazing location for very fair price, but the building was old and property not maintained well (i wouldnt call it dirty, just old). Below are cons but i still give it overall 4 star for cost benefit (being a guy who is not over-concerned with old buildings). Apartment came with washer and dryer that was helpful. -Stench in the entrance that came up to 1st flootr bedroom. -1st floor bedroom not comfortable in general due to low ceiling.
