"comfortable bed (king), clean and quiet. Nice to have breakfast added. Extra $20 for secure parking was nice too. Close to large shopping mall and close to Manly (however Manly is now quite dirty and run down)."

Shangri-La Sydney
10/10 Excellent
"I had the most wonderful stay at the Shangri-La Sydney. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding – every staff member I encountered, from valet parking to the concierge, was warm, attentive, and genuinely obliging.
The room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Opera House. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the space spotless, and every detail thoughtfully prepared to make the stay as relaxing as possible.
The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing – such a variety of delicious options, beautifully presented.
It’s rare to find a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and such exceptional service so seamlessly. I truly loved every moment of my stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Sydney!"
"Staying at the Wildlife Retreat at Taronga Zoo was a wonderful experience. We had access to the zoo for the entire duration of our stay. Our room had a view of the Harbour Bridge and we overlooked the Grey Kangaroo exhibit. The on-site Me-Gal restaurant overlooks the harbour. This is where we had our daily breakfast (included in the price of our stay) and a wonderful dinner. Free carpark was a bonus. A ferry service and buses are available for those wishing to go into the CBD. Very friendly helpful staff. Would highly recommend staying here for a unique experience."
"Iconic boutique hotel, with gorgeous views and fun dining. Easy walk to Doyle's, cafes or out to national park. Special Sydney location. Great staff - so friendly!"
