"This hotel is small but very cozy, it has everything nearby: food, shopping stores, supermarkets and tourist attractions. The hotel service exceeded our expectations, they are very attentive to the needs of each client, a kindness over outgoing. Apart from everything close by, the location is very good and quiet. "We reserved one week and we couldn't stay for only one night because the hotel was so dirty and the bathroom so tiny and I wasn't able to use and moldy, I requested refund for whatever they can offer and they refused to pay anything back and we left, Hotel must be outside Expedia!"

"was a good location with everything near it could do with a refurbishment a further was old breakfast was very simple no variety bathroom was very cold as radiator was broken and couldn't use jetted bath as it didn't have the sink plug you could only get hol of someone in the morning breakfast hours and Deniz was only English speaker there and you call him on the phone. "

"Il persone le é gentilissima sempre sorridente ma le nostra richieste vengono soddisfatte solo dopo tanto richiami purtroppo io chiedo un rimborso . La Luce in bagno l’hanno sistemata dopo 3 giorni . Non c’era la carta igienica asciugamani . La caméra non era proprio quella che ho prenotato . "Görsellerde 2 tek yatak ve 1 adet çift kişilik yatak gosteriyordu ama karşılaştığımız 1 adet çift kişilik yataktı.Klima ısıtmıyor oda soğuktu.gorseldeki TV de yoktu TV eski ve çok fazla kanal yoktu konfor açısından daha iyi bir TV olmasını dilerdim."

"This hotel is immaculately clean and everything appears to be brand new. The room was spacious, the bathroom was top quality and bed extremely comfortable. The staff were cordial and professional. It lacks character and feels more designed for business travel than leisure. The area itself is completely under construction and you are surrounded by large construction sites, which is not a fault of the hotel, but something to consider when booking in this area. Overall great value for the price."
