We had several fun conversations with them, and a couple of times found myself feeling like I was talking to an extended family member (Ayman and his strong feelings about diesel and electric cars comes to mind, as well as Julie and her careful breakfast service). "We booked a room in the Tudor section, and loved the room. In the heat of the summer, the room has an air conditioner installed and run before we stepped inside. Best shower in a hotel I've ever used! Breakfast was plentiful, and a gluten intolerance catered for very well. Triffic!"
