Room was great, hotel also had a complementary taxi sercice to and from events centre on site, which was very welcome as the weather wasn't the best. Breakfast was served quickly by attentive staff. "The hotel is located in a shopping mall and the property is NOT visible from any road. No sign pointing to the hotel either. Very hard to find the hotel. The room is clean and everything worked. No house keeping for the 3 days we stayed. All meals must be pre-purchased. "
