"I assumed I would be staying in a hotel reflective of the pictures shared, however our actual accommodation was in some of the side rooms, in a building that was definitely worse-for-wear. Most of the services that we had expected to be part of the amenities came with an extra charge - from using the gym and pool, to changing rooms because our fan was broken in the middle of a heatwave (they ended up giving us another fan for free). "Very comfortable bed, a continental breakfast if you wanted it, plenty of eating options in walking distance and they provided plates and cutlery if you wanted to bring a takeaway back. Lots of parking. My only niggle was the bedroom carpet really need a good clean otherwise it was perfectly fine."

We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! "The parking was good, off from the road, car was secure. The hostess was great, and very friendly. Room and bathroom could have been cleaner, dust all over the covered garbage bin in bathroom, huge cobweb in corner, and large peeling area on wall of bathroom. Large cobwebs at top of one window. No electrical outlet by beds, major frustration because husband uses CPAP machine to sleep. Continental breakfast was good, lots of fruit. Temperature of water hard to control in shower.
