Very friendly, helpful and kind staff on welcoming in the reception. I come late and leave the hotel early so dont meet much people )) I ask for possible my preferred location to my reservation and they give me exactly i ask, this was also very nice. I can only ask the clean Air Conditioner filter inside the room and the strength of the curtains should be checked.

There were serious deficiencies in cleanliness and hygiene in the room. Soundproofing was almost non-existent, all the street and other room noise was inside my room. Reception staff was not polite enough. The shower gel and shampoos in the bathroom were the cheapest quality, disgraceful products, you can't even wash the dishes with them! The only good thing is the restaurant section.

Hello, my hotel experience was generally good. But I've also had better experiences. There was no sound insulation in my room. There was a lot of noise coming from the rooms. It would be better if there was a second elevator in the hotel. It is a disadvantage that there is only one elevator. The rooms were extremely hot and I had to cool them down by turning on the air conditioner. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the morning. The indoor car park was not at the bottom of the hotel, it was located far from the hotel and was not very easy to reach. There could have been more cheese varieties at breakfast. One cheese was sour. The bed was not very comfortable. Pillows were also too high.

This property has potential but the rooms, especially bathrooms are worn out and the bathrooms not very clean. In the bathroom the sink drain was broken, shower faucets and floor were not very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room offers a fridge with in room coffee kettle which is nice. There is a lot of road noise and very close to a mosque which means loud calls to prayer. The lobby and restaurant are nice. Breakfast was a plus and parking was included.

Oteli üniversiteye yakın olması, yorumların fena olmaması ve fiyatı nedeni ile seçtik. Otelin yeri ve genel anlamda yapısı fena değil. İlk intibamız fena değildi. Ama yerleştikten sonra karşılaştığımız bazı şeyler bizi düşündürdu. Mesela ben otel müşterisiyim. Akşam dışardan elimizde kahvelerle geldik. Restorant tarafına geçip oturmak, belki bir şeyler daha içmek içmek düşüncesiyle yöneldiğimizde dışardan yiyecek içecek sokulması yasak terslemesi ile karşılaştık. Belki oturma yerinin sigara içilen tarafına geçecektir (başka yer yok çünkü) ama izin vermedi. Canımızı sıkıldı. Daha sonra biraz lobide oturduktan sonra bir şeyler içmek için tekrar restoran tarafına geçtiğimizde hesabı kapattık dendi ve saat daha 22.30 du. Hiç hoş değildi. Fiyat-performans açısından bence yetersizdi. Odalar fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi asla değil. Daha sıkışık. Yatak iki tek kişilik yatak birleştirilerek çift kişilik yapılmış arasındaki ek yeri rahatsızlık vericiydi. Nevresimler temizdi. Dolaplar yeterliydi. Mini bar vardı ama içi yetersizdi. Oda genel anlamda temizdi. Banyo, wc bölümü dar. Hele duş bölümünde bir yerlere çarpmadan duş almak mümkün değil. Evyelerde ileri derecede yıpranma ve siyahlanma var. Resmini koyuyorum. Buraya iki gün içinde sabun koymak akıllarına gelmedi. Duş jelini kullandık. Havlular temizdi. Duş için konulan malzemeler oldukça kalitesizdi.
