"The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient. I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time. "Clean, spacious, quiet, modern but old and historic at the same time. Very welcoming staff. Plenty of parking. We ate at both the main restaurant and the pizza place and both were excellent. I didn’t know what to expect and was blown away by the quality of everything. Would definitely stay again if in the area. "

"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

The 3rd floor carpeting in the corridor was stained with pet urine and smelled awful. The elevator was tight and looked like it needed maintaining. We found pet excrement in carpeting. The room smelled smoke in a non smoking room and smells pet urine. The curtains were black in color where the original color was...

"Room OK, but better with one King bed than 2 Queen sized beds. It's not goo for non-golfers. Step outside the limited hotel space and you have a growling security guard shouting at you. Poor value for money. Won't return. "
