The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are all wonderful. However, for SEA, it’s priced like a luxury hotel without providing the amenities typically found at a luxury hotel.

The staff especially Alex from Pesce Restaurant. He is very accommodating and very friendly. Special shout out also for the two staffers who did our massage. When it comes to amenities in the room, no hairdryer and they don’t provide body lotion so make sure to bring yours. Overall, The Farm is very beautiful though the rain canceled all the outdoor activities we enjoyed the quietness and the seclusion of the place. We enjoyed the rain and nature. We hope to come back soon.

Overall the stay was a very pleasant experience, the staff were warm and professional, a big factor on making this resort very endearing . This boils down to expectations . The room was wonderful but seems lacking in some basic items like slippers or lotion , staff were doing the daily upkept of the pools but failed to notice the loose floorboard or a used diaper lodged on the faux stone wall. Breakfast buffet was just okay and this boils down to again the expectation and no complementary hot chocolate???. The resort is special, the farm , ambience and the setting as well as the staff.

The place was absolutely divine and serene This the place to relax and enjoyed great foods especially at "UPPERDECK. They good selection in their menus. The pasta was an absolute choice for me ,penne pasta with salmon .Their smoothie was outstanding, i choosexthe watemelon The place was spotlessly clean and their employees especially Charlotte and Jenny were very pleasant and accomodating . Overall, I'm satisfied, but...

The overall environment and swimming pool were good. On the last day, I was surprised to see cockroaches on the ceiling. I think it would be a really good place to stay if there were no cockroaches.

Pros: The staff were warm, courteous, and welcoming throughout our stay, and the resort grounds were beautifully maintained. The variety of included activities was excellent, and the dog-sitting service was particularly impressive and much appreciated. Cons: Unfortunately, the overall level of service did not meet expectations for a five-star property. Despite several requests and follow-ups, we were unable to have towels delivered to our room. The breakfast buffet was below standard, offering a very limited selection, and we were disappointed to find flies embedded in the oat milk. Service at the alternative breakfast venue was notably slow and inattentive. Additionally, some of the food offerings, including those at the fine dining restaurant Soufflé de Vie, were not of acceptable quality. The spa service was pleasant and professionally delivered; however, it did not reflect the price point. Moreover, the final amount charged for our ₱19,000 couples treatment included unexpected additional fees that were not disclosed at the time of booking. This discrepancy was only discovered after checkout, and upon contacting the hotel, we were informed these were supplementary charges. Overall, while certain aspects of the stay were enjoyable, the experience as a whole did not align with the standards expected of a five-star resort.

The serenity and natural beauty of the place are outstanding. All the staff are great! I forgot my laptop in our room after we checked out. I don’t have a local phone number in the Phil. They have only my Toronto cel. number which I use every time I go to the Philippines. On our way home after about 1/2 hour we left the resort, I got a WhatsApp call from the resort reception informing me that I left my laptop in our room. Kudos to all the staff @ The Farm at San Benito.

Breakfast is Terrible with lots of FLIES…!

It was a good start by welcoming us with drinks, well I have no problem with our room Narra Villa at Room 38 and Anahaw Villa Room at Room 25… from service to places to roam around it’s with distinct good qualities but for our breakfast experience It’s AWFUL an open area with lots of BIG FLIES, it’s so disappointing and disgusting because all our food the flies are swarming especially on our watermelon drinks & the way they presented the breakfast buffet is on a low key class covered with plastics, the way I paid for these two elegant deserve a meaningful and memorable breakfast… Why not use a secluded close door restaurant or area like ALIVE (restaurant) where you can enjoy a beautiful breakfast not only the breakfast place I’m complaining about but also the food I hate to say only the brewed coffee is good but the way all The FLIES flying around perhaps they’re (flies) had good day breakfast…! No need to post a picture ..! we stayed on Dec. 13/14, 2023.
