"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "
"The property is nice and very convenient if you need a place to stay in Bauan. It is not fully open yet and they are on their soft opening stage. Seems like the staff are still learning the ropes of hotel operations. Pool could get busy with all the conventions and team building activities. "Hard to beat for a diver. Right on the beach, equipment right there and retail shop, friendliest dive instructors (Liam, Aiu, etal), good food, great housekeeping and Maintenance, great pool, walking distance to Sabang is not bad. The staff here is excellent from Receptionists, waitstaff, maint, house keeping etc... These people are Gems! "
