"Upon check-in, we need to wait for 25-30mins for the caretaker to give us the room key considering that we called them several times ton inform what time we’ll arrive. "This is actually my 3rd or 4th time at Kimberly Hotel in Tagaytay. The room we stayed in was nice. There was a little problem with the toilet flush but was resolved right away by the plumber. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great with a good number of selection. Overall I would say it's a nice place to stay with family especially with kids."
