"Love this hotel. The service is amazing, the amenities are beautiful and the room was so spacious and the bathroom was massive. They stocked the mini bar with various spirits to use to make cocktails for free and already had a nice big bucket of ice built in to the cabinet. The restaurants were delicious and the pool are is really pretty. The only issue was the rooftop bar was closed for a private wedding at the same time that they had a ticketed event for the beach club. That was pretty annoying considering the price you pay for a hotel like this in Bali. If it weren’t for that it would have been a perfect stay."

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. The staff truly made our experience memorable—everyone was so kind, attentive, and accommodating. The service was exceptional, and we always felt taken care of. Our room was comfortable and beautifully kept, and we loved coming back after a day of exploring. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay and made our trip even more enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again! ❤️🌴✨"

"We absolutely loved this resort! We chose this place for our first stay on our honeymoon in Bali, and the staff went above and beyond to make it extra special for us and to make us feel very welcomed there. We chose the royal villa for our stay, and let me just say the pictures don’t even do the place justice! The villa was huge, exceptionally clean, beautiful views of the jungle, and had the perfect amount of privacy for us to relax at. The spa at the resort had amazing massages that we really enjoyed and needed, and a perfect location just a short walk away from our villa. We loved just walking around the resort as all the grounds and scenery were stunning, and very well kept and maintained. The restaurant was easily a five star. I wish we got a chance to personally thank the chefs because their food was absolutely delicious, and it was all perfectly presented. There wasn’t a meal we had there that left us even a little disappointed. One of our favorite things about our stay at Ayung was their staff. The service and hospitality they provided could not have been any better! We met so many great workers there, and all of them were extremely kind and helpful. They did an excellent job at making us feel like at home. We cant wait to come back to Bali and stay here again! Would highly recommend this resort for others. Thanks! Noah and Amanda"

"Stunning villas in a great location - close to Ubud and other attractions on the island. The villa itself was lovely and served as a great base while the onsite club was great for a quiet afternoon and a meal if you don't want to go out. Definitely recommended!"

"All the staff from the cleaners, security and front desk staff were all excellent. They were helpful in every way. Ita at the front desk was extremely helpful. She took care of everything smoothly from start to finish during the length of my stay.The security staff, Sutikno,Sabinus.Ferdi and Lorens always greeted me with a beautiful smile and gave me some good tips on the local food, shopping and sight seeing. I would highly recommend the hotel for everyone."
