"The double room I booked was not available upon check in. They gave me 2 queen rooms instead for the night. The next day we were to move to the double room, and had to wait an additional hour until it was ready. The staff made the entire situation more confusing than it needed to be, and was very disappointed with my stay."

"Rooms a bit small, but okay for a night or two, lift can take a while to get sometimes and almost always full! Staff will store your luggage after check out, walkable to Battery park (wouldvof been a nice walk had it not been under construction). Close to walk to the Brooklyn Bridge and Water Taxi etc. Not a lot of good places to eat in the imediate area and a noisy bar right next door, but okay for a qiick visit.!"

Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "Pay attention to the elevators when you press you floor. It tells you what elevator to catch. Not sure the issues that people had.. catch the correct elevator and you have zero issues. "

"Great location! The staff was not friendly and make sure you verify the terms of valet upon checking in. I was told I could get my car, drive my daughter to her conference and come back and they would park my car. When I returned they said I would be charged the valet charge a second time because I was remarking my car. When I addressed the staff member who gave me the initial directive, the manager disregarded me."

Housekeeping left previous user's washcloth in the shower which inspires confidence that the sheets were actually changed.
