"Good"

"This was not a hotel booking but a bnb within a hotel. No indication this was the case until after booked. No check-in desk or assistance from the hotel staff. No ability to store luggage on early arrival from overseas. The hotel is large elevators are inadequate for the number of rooms and lots of time waiting for lifts Pool area not big enough to cater for number if rooms In a bit of an out of the way area so lots of walking or grab to get to sights"
