"Clean room, excellent staff"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. They even prepared us a to-go breakfast since we left early in the morning. Good breakfast, clean and centric place."

"The location is good, closed to the main square. Staff was very helpful"

"The place is good and near to the main square. But the room that we have, it was a little dirty, like recently they paint the roof and the paint was in all the parts ( beds, tablets, etc) and the room doesn’t have heater is very cool"

"Great location - easy walk to main square. Room was nice. Staff didn't speak much English but we muddled through. Main complaint was with breakfast.... supposed to be 6-8:30. We went down at 6:50, and none of the hot items were put out. What WAS available was pretty lame."

"Excelent location and very good rooms"

"Terrible shower - impossible to adjust water temperature properly. Breakfast was also bad. Great location."

"Good breakfast. Fast and cheap laundry service. Good wifi"

"Everything was great , the breakfast restaurant is on the tenth floor and a bar on the 11 floor , close to the Centro"

"The hotel is right next to Puno mercado. The building isn’t new, but it was warm at night and the water in the shower was hot (no shampoo provided). We enjoyed breakfast and the staff is very caring and easy to communicate. After all, its a budget hotel, and for the money - a great value."

"Shops laundry restaurants"

"The hotel was a good location and staff was lovely. Main issue, we were given an indoor window room . So there was no air circulation and you could hear everything going on in the hotel. Breakfast was noisy. "

"Spent two nights here breaking the journey from Cusco to La Paz. Friendly family-run place a minute or two from the Plaza de Armas, banks, restaurants etc. clean, comfortable rooms with hot water and strong wifi. Recommended, and would stay again."
