"Room was clean but very outdated, they gave us room right next to another room where they where doing renovations, all you could hear was construction and drilling noises which started at 7 AM every day during our stay, AC did not work we had to request a fan to keep the room cooled, no mini fridge. For a 4 star hotel I would expect better."

"Beautiful hotel! Everything I expected and wanted, as I thought a British hotel should be! Outstanding staff, impeccably clean, fabulous location! The bed was so comfortable and the room was not as small as I expected. We were celebrating our 70 th birthdays and they sent us this delicious small cake with birthday wishes!
