"Great rooms, very clean and friendly staff."

"The building is in need of a full refurbishment throughout. Tired carpets and curtains, damaged or poorly repaired walls, broken lifts and windows. For the price listed, i could have found better and had i have known, i would have. The parking was free, after speaking to the young man on reception, he said it was not necessary to record my vehicle registration. So i guess we'll see if a ticket lands at my door. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel staff are exceptional, they make you feel welcome. I had a lovely chat with a cleaner as she helped me navigate the corridors to my room, she really went above and beyond. All the staff seemed happy to be working at the hotel. The upgraded room was very spacious and had stunning views from the window."

"Nice room, but some items not working such as iron, shower was not powerful. I walked across 102 rooms to get to mine, check-in staff did not informe me about it. Overall, it was not really a Hilton experience, but then again it wasn’t that expensive also. "
