Coffee machine in room but you get charged if you want more than 1 coffee a day. Also way too hot, couldn’t have air con on at night as the tv screen wouldn’t turn off so had to remove room card from slot"

"Good location near to transport hubs and lots of nice restaurants and cafe to enjoy. Room was spacious and well equipped. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Less impressed with house keeping and the cleaning of the room. On arrival there were hairs in the shower drain suggesting it had not been cleaned properly. On second day room was not cleaned at all and we had to go to reception. On check out day house keeping were knocking on our door before we were awake. Surely they should know if you have checked out or not."

"The room was clean and it indeed fits 3 people with having 2 persons on the big bed in the middle. Most of the staff speak English and were very kind and helpful. It's only 30 minutes away by train from Brussels central which is the most important area in Brussels."

"It's about 30 min walk from the main square however it's very clean & quiet. Apart from the fire alarm going off during the night however they were getting work done so understandable. A staff member was at our door quickly to confirm all was ok so back to sleep quickly without stress. Any query we made, the staff were friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel has nice shops, lovely places for brunch & a lovely deli to take food/drinks to your room. "

"I felt the property description was very misleading. Amenities include free valet parking; however, you have to pay 22 Euros a day to park your car. In addition, you have to wait on the front desk to have time to get your car. "

"The room was clean and in excellent order. Liked the fact it had cooking facilities, fridge, mini safe plus a laundromat and fitness room on site. Although the hotel looks on a map that it's a fair distance from the centre it's so well served by public transport - the bus stop is just outside and the metro is just a short walk. "
