"The room was clean and it indeed fits 3 people with having 2 persons on the big bed in the middle. Most of the staff speak English and were very kind and helpful. It's only 30 minutes away by train from Brussels central which is the most important area in Brussels."

"It's about 30 min walk from the main square however it's very clean & quiet. Apart from the fire alarm going off during the night however they were getting work done so understandable. A staff member was at our door quickly to confirm all was ok so back to sleep quickly without stress. Any query we made, the staff were friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel has nice shops, lovely places for brunch & a lovely deli to take food/drinks to your room. "

"The room was clean and in excellent order. Liked the fact it had cooking facilities, fridge, mini safe plus a laundromat and fitness room on site. Although the hotel looks on a map that it's a fair distance from the centre it's so well served by public transport - the bus stop is just outside and the metro is just a short walk. "

"For a quick weekend in and out, the hotel is budget friendly. It’s a great location close to Avenue Louise and easily walkable to a lot of key attractions. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok. The rooms need better cleaning. The floors are sticky, and the beds were covered in hair and filth."
