Nice big room, very comfortable bed and great bathroom, easy parking, shame about the building works but did not impact stay. Air-conditioning in room did not work and it was a very hot weekend with no breeze so room was very hot. Otherwise perfect

Ondanks de verbouwing waar het hotel mee bezig is weinig tot geen overlast ervaren. Airco werkte hierdoor niet, maar er was de mogelijkheid gecreëerd om een ventilator te halen bij de receptie. Schone kamers, goede bedden. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Voor herhaling vatbaar!!

Agradable y nuevo, de reformas

Hotel muy agradable, personal amable y habitación nueva, buen restaurante. Está en renovación, pero las obras no empiezan hasta las 9 de la mañana durante la semana. No tenían aire acondicionado y hacía calor, pero supongo que lo solucionarán pronto.

Séjour formidable

Un accueil des plus chaleureux le personnel est vraiment gentil et aux petits soins. La chambre familiale est immense et confortable. Le p’tit dej est généreux et il y a des bornes électriques devant l’hôtel.

Tof hotel, in de buurt van Namen

Prima hotel. Ruime parking voor de deur. Gezellige brasserie. Kamer in goede staat: voorzien van alle comfort en gerenoveerd. Uitstekende douche! Ontbijtbuffet in orde. Minpunt: om 7u15 schieten de kamermeisjes al in actie, niet bepaald op een rustige manier waardoor je te vroeg en ongewenst gewekt wordt.

Rooms were adequate with great Aircon. Bed was a little too squashy for my liking as I prefer a hard mattress. Staff were extremely friendly and bar well stocked.

Très bon hôtel, facile d'accès et de stationnement. Le restaurant est très bon avec sa verrière qui est agréable lorsqu'il fait beau. Seul bémol lors de la dernière nuit.. des clients éméchés sont restés dans le couloir à 3h du matin pendant plus de 30min à crier dans le couloir. Chambre pas très bien insonorisée pour le bruit passage dans le couloir. Avis positif pour le reste, hôtel de qualité.

J'ai séjourné une nuit à l'hôtel, et j'ai été impressionnée par la chambre dans son ensemble : spacieuse, propre, fonctionnelle et ultra-confortable (j'ai toujours mes boules Quiès en voyage donc pas de problème de bruit venant de la zone commerciale environnante). J'ai mangé au restaurant/brasserie qui offre une bonne variété de plats. Il y avait eu un petit problème d'inversion de facture avec une autre chambre, mais la personne à la réception a été très professionnelle et elle a très vite réglé cela. Si j'ai l'occasion de revenir, je n'hésiterai pas.

My main reason to rate this hotel as an average is due to the poor quality of cooling on the hot day in July. The staff member at the reception was not helpful, was defensive, trying to convince us that the system will cool the room in a few minutes. In reality, all of us were sweating all night. In contrast, the following day we stayed in Mons and the experience was totally different. Foe 4-star hotel it is unacceptable.
