"Great stay in Miami!!! Wonderful staff. Thank you to the concierge, Mauricio?, and to the Lounge staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. Quiet. Great bed. Easy check in and out. Bell staff very helpful. The lobby is busy but the staff takes great care of everyone. Location is good. Easy walk to Bayside. Very safe and well patrolled by security. Hop on hop off close metro station right there so access to all Miami. Shout out to Patricia in the lounge hilly recommend this hitel"

"We have stayed at the Smart Brickell twice this year. We love this place! Clean, modern rooms with very comfortable beds, beautiful pools and lobby and great staff. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants, the river, the ocean, downtown. The rooms are large and have a balcony. We enjoy traveling and this is one of our favorite places to stay in the US. "

"This was a great hotel! Modern, central to everything we wanted to do, near the cruise port with a shuttle that dropped you off. We loved our room and our view! This is a great place to stay for families and it’s dog friendly! My only complaint is that some of the staff seemed like they were too good to speak and they weren’t welcoming at all. Regardless of their attitudes, we loved this hotel and will absolutely be back!"
