"Excellent property"

"Very clean, beds super comfy, front desk staff very prompt and helpful. Checked in early as our flight was early, our room wasn’t quite ready so they held our bags while we went to have lunch. They called 20 minutes after we left to say our room was ready. When we got back later to check in, they had upgraded us! Second time staying here before our cruise, and would stay again!"

"Room design , technology , everything in the room was controlled by a tablet , location , near to port side and bay side . Staff was very attentive , good breakfast for a fee"

"We enjoyed our one night stay before leaving for our cruise. The property was quiet, sage and clean. Concierge & doorman were nice and helpful. Lobby layout caused crowding during check-in and check-out, so I could see that causing confusion and frustration at peak times. Bathroom hardware and coffee machine in our room needed maintenance attention, but other than that our room was great. Definitely recommend this property and would stay again in the future. "

"The rooms (we stayed 2 nights separated by a week) were very clean. The staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and welcoming. I definitely recommend this hotel. Additionally, it is very close to the Port of Miami and the front desk (which is 24/7) will call and arrange a trusted driver to get you there safely and on time!"
